Bailey is the epitome of excellence. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with her. As a first time homebuyer and builder, she held my hand throughout the entire process. She was thorough in her explanations of what to expect at each stage. I felt like I was her only client. She made me feel very important to her. During the building stage of the house, Bailey dedicated time to go on numerous house visits, and even went on her own, when I could not be there. She was ever ready to answer my questions or repeat things over and over, not minding that she had explained them to me before. I was never left ‘wondering’ what was going on. Her wealth of knowledge of the building process and real estate market at large is astounding. Her attention to detail was impeccable during the building process. She ensured that every option that I had selected was in place at the right time during the building process. She advocated for me tirelessly and stayed in constant communication with the construction manager and the sales agent. Bailey made the entire home building process easy and painless. Even after the completion of the home, and settling down, she’s still supportive. According to her, the relationship does not end once you have moved into your new home. She is still readily available for any questions that I have. I felt like I was working with a close friend. Her polite and positive attitude made the entire process enjoyable. I really cannot sing Bailey’s praises enough. She is the best! I will recommend Bailey without a moment’s hesitation.

Bailey had a great patience, she was calm and respectful whatever our choice. Buying a house is not an easy process but she definitely made it easier for us. She also work with good mortgage company and contractors, as an example, she provided us a painter for the house which did an excellent job for a reasonable price.

Our experience with Bailey was excellent. She handled everything very well from being knowledgeable, responsive and with great negotiation skills. All went smoothly without any hassle. I would highly recommend her! :-)
