Bailey had great suggestions to maximize the curb appeal and interior of the house we sold. She gave us realistic expectations and we sold in under 30 days for a great price. On the other side of things, Bailey also negotiated a much larger design center credit then we would have ever gotten on our own at the new construction we we buying.
