Bailey was so easy to work with. I’ve had friends have agents tell them something needs to be done and leave them to figure out how, or find the time to get it done. Bailey suggests things to complete, them helps to get them done. That meant, rearranging and relocating furniture, and helping get the yard ready. She is truly hands on! Plus, she worked hard to get us the best price for our home.

Talk about an amazing experience! This market is nuts. Bailey took us to see so many houses, and never once was it an issue. She is incredibly professional, great with making AND keeping appointments. Bailey helped us navigate offers and counter offers & helped immensely with how to negotiate after inspection. The online tools for home searches were great, too. We would often get an alert for a house hitting the market before seeing it on Zillow or other sites. 10/10 would reccommend!
