Babette has helped us by two new homes and sell one. She is the most patient and knowledgeable agent! Her expertise is new construction, in my opinion, as she negotiated so many extra items while overseeing every aspect of construction. Her advise and contract experience was extremely valuable as well. She’s simply the best
