Doreen has crafted a subspecialty in the real estate field of tax relief. She has studied the tax basis for the towns and knows the paperwork needed when filing an appeal. This understanding of tax valuation is a great resource for her people.
Doreen is enthusiastic whether working with her buyers or sellers or those newly relocating to the northern Bergen County corridor. She is now representing the children who have been raised in the Pascack Valley area, who are excited to be returning to establish their own families in the neighborhoods they know so well. She also understands the second home market - one that can be both a source of revenue and enjoyment.
Doreen has been active in volunteer work for the community, her church, and local school programs. She is married to Robert for 40 plus happy years who also holds his own NJ real estate license. They have raised three children and now enjoy the company of their five grandchildren. In her spare time, Doreen is either golfing or skiing with her extended family.
