Trish was able to guide us to a home that suited our needs and stayed within our budget. She was knowledgeable about defects or problems to check for - things we didn't think about. Several times, she drew our attention to a small thing that wasn't getting noticed, so that we could be aware and know that it would need addressed. She also had a wealth of ideas to make less than ideal layouts or structural oddities work out for us. Trish provided several names of professionals we could utilize and that was helpful as we settled in to the new house. I was most surprised as she kept in touch long after the closing date to see that we were doing well and the house was serving our needs.

I requested information on a house off Zillow. I live in Florida and was trying to purchase a home in Indiana. Zillow got me in touch with Trish and my first experience on the house I was inquiring about was 10/10. Trish was very honest about the home I was inquiring about and the neighborhood and area. For what I was very specifically looking for, she knew that home was not going to work for me. Trish spent very dedicated time on finding me the perfect home for what I was looking for. The entire experience I felt she went above and beyond. She knew the area very well. She never lied or stretched the truth. She was extremely professional but personable at the same time. She made me feel comfortable and it became very easy to trust her as our relationship was via phone and FaceTime. The home she found me, we knew we had to act quickly. And when I say quickly, I mean several other offers went in at the exact same time as ours and Trish went to war immediately for this house. And we got it! I could never thank her enough for her hard work and dedication to helping me out. She was a true blessing and I feel like I've gained a new peer in the area for future plans and endeavors.
