Trish provided several names of professionals we could utilize and that was helpful as we settled in to the new house. I was most surprised as she kept in touch long after the closing date to see that we were doing well and the house was serving our needs.

I requested information on a house off Zillow. I live in Florida and was trying to purchase a home in Indiana. The entire experience I felt she went above and beyond. She knew the area very well. She never lied or stretched the truth. She was extremely professional but personable at the same time. She made me feel comfortable and it became very easy to trust her as our relationship was via phone and FaceTime. The home she found me, we knew we had to act quickly. And when I say quickly, I mean several other offers went in at the exact same time as ours and Trish went to war immediately for this house. And we got it!
