When I found Pedro I had been put through the Mill with 2 other recommended agents sadly they didn't live up to their reputation. However when I found Pedro everything started to go the way I needed it to. Pedro and his fabulous family were a "God send" he is a complete professional at what he does. Thanks Pedro for All And everything you did for Me. Mahalo Ellie

First of all Pedro is completely professional, helpful and dedicated in his role as an agent. He helped my husband and I find and buy our perfect condo- sight unseen! We completed the entire transaction from the mainland. Pedro and his team of professionals helped us navigate the market, secure financing, and close on our new home. Thank you so very much!

I would highly recommend Mr. Garcia; he was extremely helpful and made this experience memorable; even though there were so many homes we looked at, he made sure we found the best home for our family, and as first-time homeowners, he was constantly communicating with my husband and me about every single detail, keeping us informed of everything that was going on. I appreciate him taking the time to ensure everything was taken care of. Mr. Garcia went above and above for my family; there was never any doubt that he would have an answer to my queries or point me in the correct place to deal with issues. My husband and I couldn't have completed our successful deal without him & Marysol. Happy to say we are first-time homeowners in Hawaii!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of working with Pedro Garcia Jr. from eXp Realty, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final closing, Pedro demonstrated exceptional professionalism, dedication, and expertise in the real estate market. Pedro's deep knowledge of the local area and the housing market was invaluable. He listened attentively to our needs and preferences and provided us with a range of suitable options. His guidance and advice were always spot-on, helping us make informed decisions every step of the way. What truly stood out was Pedro's commitment to providing top-notch service. He was always available to answer our questions, address any concerns, and provide updates throughout the process. His responsiveness and proactive approach made us feel confident and well-supported. Thanks to Pedro's hard work and dedication, we found our dream home in Mililani, Hawaii. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, ensuring that everything was handled efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend Pedro Garcia Jr. to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. His expertise, professionalism, and genuine care for his clients make him an outstanding real estate agent. Thank you, Pedro, for helping us find the perfect home and for providing such an excellent experience. Mahalo, Paul Crallie

When we had a question, Pedro was able to answer it and tried his best to explain it in a way where we, as first time buyers knowing absolutely nothing about any of this, could understand easily. We did feel overwhelmed during the process as first time home buyers, however, Pedro was able to guide us in the right direction and made sure we knew what everything meant and helped us with each step.

Can’t be more grateful and honored that I had Pedro Garcia to be my real estate agent! To buy a house is very challenging, Pedro was super professional, super knowledgeable, super smart, always on time and always available to any questions! He gives all his attention to his job! To all the buyers out there… you will not regret this decision! Pedro if you are reading this, may God Bless you for all you are doing to this world 🌎

Pedro was one of the first agents we worked with when we started looking for our new property. From the very first time we met he was very professional and flexable with assisting us. As we viewed home after home he continued to search out anything that was close to our requested budget and area. No matter how many questions we had he was always very patient and understanding. Pedro walked us through the process of purchasing a new home from start to finish and always took the time to make sure we were all on the same page and had a good understanding of what the steps we needed to take were to move forward. For any requests for viewings for any property that caught our eye Pedro was always available to assist us in reserving a time and scheduling a walk through. He even assisted us with recommending storage units for helping with the moving process. Throughout everything he treated us more like family or friends than a client. He was always friendly and we really couldn't have asked for a better realtor. For any friends I have that are looking to move I am 100% going to recommend Pedro and EXP reality.

I am a military family with two dogs and many stipulations and wants. Pedro called and sent us places before we even arrived on the island. We had eliminated a lot of potential properties and shortened our buying process significantly. Pedro took all of our requests and gave us the home that we love and meets all of our needs. He communicated with us through the whole process and was a vast resource from the military since Pedro retired from the Army. If you're looking for an agent to go above and beyond for you and not stop until he finds you a home, then Pedro is your agent.

Pedro has exceptional communication skills. He is always willing to explain any part of the process of selling a property. We were very lucky to find to sell our home. There wasn’t a time that I felt like I couldn’t ask a question that was not clear to me. EXP Realty is very blessed to have Pedro represent them. Thank you Pedro for a great experience.

Pedro was incredibly helpful to us in the long process of moving to the island. The first few weeks we didn’t have a car, he gladly shuttled us to all of our showings. He offered lots of options to see and we are so excited with our new home in Hawaii!

Pedro is the epitome of what we all want in a realtor. It had been many years since I experienced a home purchase and the first time for my wife, so naturally many things had changed since my last home purchase and we had a lot of questions. Pedro made every step of this process so easy it was actually enjoyable. From helping us scope and scale our search, to viewing properties, to securing a lender, he was attentive, understanding, and most importantly patient. We know Pedro has many clients however he always made it seem like we were the only client he had. Living in Japan and working with Pedro in Hawaii should have been challenging, but Pedro saw to it that the time difference and distance were as negligible as if we were in Hawaii with him. We cannot say enough how happy we are with Pedro and his team. Thank you!!

If I ever have a need for a real estate agent Pedro Garcia will be the candidate for the services I would need . He is very knowledgeable, very helpful and stays on top of things needed to get done to make the process smooth
