Cassandra did a fantastic job selling a home I had been unable to sell for 6 months. She immediately set up a marketing plan that included well attended home shows. We had several contracts in short order and closed 2 months after the listing. She was in constant touch with me and the buyer’s agent as well as the appraiser. The property was very unique and it was hard getting comparable properties. She worked with the appraiser and was able to have appraiser agree to adjust up the value to allow funding to proceed. She also worked with the buyer’s agent to negotiate repairs, help with closing costs, etc. that ended up being a win-win for all. I have been buying and selling real estate for many years and Cassandra is tops. Highly recommend her!
