Having bought and sold approximately 15 homes in my lifetime, you get to see a cross section of real estate agents. Some are good, some are not so good, some should think about a different line of work. In Mary's case, she is tied for first place as the best in my book (the real estate agent that sold me my current home is the other contender for first place, she recommended Mary!)
