My primary impression of Kim was that she was very direct providing feedback to us as clients. She wanted us to be buy a house, but mostly she wanted us to buy the house we wanted. She wanted feedback on the houses she found for us to look at and listened intently to that feedback. She was direct to us as well with her feedback on our impressions. Kim will work with you to make your desires a reality. Kim is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were questions, or concerns, Kim was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept our anxiety low and gave us the confidence we needed get the job done – and she did! Kim's responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she always called back no longer than 5 minutes later, even if I contacted her off from normal business hours. Our family and I will continue to seek her services in the future for both our selling and purchasing needs.
