Robyn and Mark have helped my wife and I buy and sell 3 properties over the last 4 years. Every single time it's flawless. Both Robyn and Mark answer every call, text, or email within minutes and they do a great job of keeping buyers or sellers very calm in all the stress of dealing with closing a home sale. This last time they went over the top for us as we were in a very volatile market on Maui because of the Lahaina fires. Yet they were able to navigate the rough waters for us and get us exactly what we wanted price wise for our home amidst all of the crazy and uncontrollable circumstances. Robyn and Mark were outstanding to deal with. We were in a tough situation selling a family home in Lahaina. 6 hours difference in time could have made it difficult. Mark and Robyn understood the challenge. They were great throughout the process. Keeping us informed of showings and interest. Once we had an agreement they even went over and above to facilitate and the removal of some items we could not take with us. Even found a few family heirlooms we forgot we had. They took them to the other side of the island for us to be shipped. They did it all with a smile and outstanding customer service. There knowledge of Maui is unmatched.
