Robyn and Mark were simply amazing! Because of their positive attitude and tireless efforts, I sit in writing this review in the home of our dreams ( and in our budget!). It takes a while to find the right property on Maui, and they would not give up, staying positive and helpful through it all . They went above and beyond for us! We closed in 35 days because of their tireless attention to detail and professionalism! We feel very lucky to have found them and to now call them friends.

As a California homeowner, I initially approached Robyn and Mark while I was on vacation, wanting to look for a condo which could become a second home in retirement. I was totally impressed as they listened to my wants and needs and quickly showed me a variety of listed properties to help clarify my expectations. Even though I had been vacationing in West Maui for twenty years, the home buying process required "local" expertise and Robyn and Mark were the best. They efficiently and thoughtfully helped me find a 2 bedroom condo which totally exceeded my expectations. Not only were they stellar in finding an ideal property; they were skilled and knowledgeable in helping negotiate a win/win deal, obtain financing, navigate the property close, and managing ongoing items. Despite doing the majority of this from California, it was seamless. The communication and responsiveness from both Robyn and Mark was better than I have ever experienced in real estate -- and I've bought and sold numerous properties over the years. Net, net. I'm not one who frequently provides references for folks, but do so with complete enthusiasm for Robyn and Mark! Definitely 5 star service!

It took three years & a couple of offers for us to find our perfect place on Maui. Throughout the search / & purchase Robyn & Mark were always there to answer questions , provide possibilities, and when an offer was made walk us thru the process - which made the purchase as pain free ( still had to finance a portion ) as possible.
