Trinkette was a delight to work with. I have a relative in real estate who forwarded my case to her, and I couldn't have asked for better! She was personable, knowledgeable, very quick to get things done or answer ANY questions I had (no matter how mundane or minor), and always had her eyes out for properties. Once a property was decided upon, she worked lightning quick and kept me in the loop about all occurrences as well as providing sound advice during negotiations. She made the first-time process of buying a home as easy as something like this can be. We had a few really strange offers, and I don't know what we would've done if we didn't have her to help us along the way. She let us make our own choices (which I appreciate so much! I don't like being railroaded into decisions)but gave facts. When we weren't sure, Trinkette was quick to answer and was honest. She didn't pressure us into any bad choices which in the long run created more work for her! Trinkette kept us well updated with showings, feedback, estimate sheets, market reports, and worked late to ensure we received offers and had enough time to think them through.
