In 3 years, they have sold 2 homes for us! First our family home. We were ready to downsize and move closer to my Dad. Our home had been on market for 7-8 months with a different realtor. In those months, 2 offers but no sell. With the Calverts, in less than 2 months they had an offer and a closing in just over 2 months. Then we contacted them for our parents home.
