I met Joe at an open house I attend a few years ago, talking to him then I knew he was professional, and very knowledgeable. I decided I wanted him to help me find my dream home. He took me to look at a few houses, then I needed to take a step back and put my search on hold. He kept in touch with me, which I think is wonderful. When I was ready once again to look, he was right there when I texted him, to see if he was available. Joe was, he took me to look at what has now become my new home. With Joe’s kind help, I had a fantastic group to help me with getting my VA loan started and my mortgage to boot. Joe answered all my questions I had about the house, whenever they popped up in such a timely manner. Joe is the kindest person and he cares about his clients from the start to finish. My only regret is that I didn’t get to tour a few more homes with Joe. He listens to your wants and needs in a house and talks you through it, but we found my dream in our first tour.
