Joe Smith can communicate well by signing and using voice and I feel that he really is looking out for me such as the other realtor informed us that inspection was done at my current duplex. Joe preferred second opinion which was worth it as the fuse box needed update and the hot water heater was not properly insulated and more. He made my house hunting so easy as he knew what I wanted. The duplex I purchased is Deaf friendly meaning that we Deaf can communicate in signs across rooms without visual barrier of walls. I highly recommend him to any Deaf person looking for a realtor. As a matter of fact, my son looked for a house for two years. He gave up and took my advice to try Joe. it only took him a very short time to be satisfied with the house he purchased.
