Joe always kept us informed throughout the process even when we were out of state many times during our year of preparation for the final sale of the house. When it was discovered that there was an additional property in another state, Joe stepped up and through his network of contacts was able to secure its sale to benefit the estate. We feel Joe had a vested interest in the sale of both of these properties and made many trips to the Arnold property to insure that everything was on track and going as planned. We cannot recommend Joe highly enough. We have never seen anyone so in tune with the market, the negotiating, and the finalizing of this sale.
