Richard was very responsive. We met with him on a Friday to discuss selling our house. It needed some painting and upgrading. He referred us to folks who were able to paint our house and install granite countertops in a week. We then got more than the asking price and sold our house as soon as we put it on the market. I know there are a lot of reviews for products and services where people are positive just to be nice. This isn’t one of them. Richard did an outstanding job for us.
