Jeff is very thorough and professional. We saw over a dozen houses in one day, then went back the next day to look at our top 3 choices. Jeff was very knowledgeable as to real estate in St. George. Due medical problems with the daughter, I could not give him a definite date for selling. After several weeks he placed the selling value over $50,000 than the original selling price. Real Estate in St. George was moving fast and I am so grateful he was up to date. The final sale was more than the $50,000. He was a very big help in moving "stuff" I did not want to take with me. Nothing was too much and he was so very willing. He made the final signing painless and a big help. His advice carried me through the choosing of the moving company.
