Throughout this whole process , Alex set aside time to talk things through and discuss issues or questions that came up. Alex was very professional. His market knowledge has no match. As first time home buyers I could not be more thrilled with our experience than what we had with Alex. He will provide you with an expert opinion without letting his thoughts override your own. There was comfort throuhgout the process that Alex had our backs, would keep us moving in the right direction, and would work in our best interest at all times. We first met Alex by mere chance, as he was "assigned" to us via a request to see a house on Zillow. From the start, I could tell this would be a fruitful connection. Alex is a fantastic listener and took our feedback to heart, my wife and I never felt like we were being railroaded or pushed in directions we didn't want to go. His integrity is also unrivaled, in our experience. Having lost our first 7 bids to offers touting waived inspections and mountains of cash big enough to make John Rockefeller blush, Alex never once advocated or advised for anything counter to our best interests. Even when such action might lead to a faster or bigger payday for him, he held the line and argued in our interests. Anyone in need of a real estate agent can choose from countless options, but you won't find anyone better.
