He walked me through every step of the process with ease, answered every question I had, and was available whenever I needed him. Which was a lot. He didn’t make me feel like any of my questions were silly, and he never once made me feel awkward when I thought I was asking ‘too much’. Working with Alex is like working with a friend. He assesses your needs thoroughly, and cultivates a very collaborative experience.
