Jody and her team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire selling process. They made sure we always had all our questions answered in a timely manner (usually within a few hours). We actually moved out of our home before the sale was official, so when it came time to do a few small repairs after the inspection, we were at a loss. We were 3 hours away and didn't know any reliable/reputable contractors in the area. Jody and her team took care of the whole thing - called several companies for estimates, let them in to do the repair, etc. They really went above and beyond what we expected and we are incredibly grateful and thankful.
