A very strong professional as to knowledge and expertise in residential sales and working with people. Communication with her and her office team keeps you informed of potential buyers and their preferences. We had an issue with our warranty policy and she went to the source to resolve the issue. Home was listed for (4) days and SOLD! Highly recommend Jody and her team!

Jody really goes to bat for her clients. This was our first time buying a house and she was amazing throughout the whole process. She answered all our questions and helped us find the perfect house. We will most certainly use her whenever we want to sell and move forward and we absolutely recommend her to anyone who is in need of a realtor.

Jody and her team did a great job! Very helpful and she was there with us every step of the way!! I would definitely recommend her!! Also I felt she was very knowledgeable and professional!

Jody and her team of Sarah and Denay were great to work with. Jody explained the whole process of buying a home up front so we were not overwhelmed. It was very helpful, especially during the waiting periods. I was also very thankful for Jody. She was very knowledgeable about the area, and since I was moving back to Ohio it was great to have the added advice. She was also interested in what I was looking for and listened when we found concerns in a home. Jody, or her team, were always available to answer questions. The process of buying a home threw us some curveballs, but Jody was on our side and encouraged us to do what was right for our family. She was never pushing us to “buy a home”. Even when we had to start all over, she was there, empathizing and encouraging us. I am very thankful for her. I could not be happier with my experience and I am very happy to recommended Jody and her team!

Jody and her team did a fantastic job selling our home. From the initial meeting right through closing they were in constant contact and offered helpful advice. Jody knew the market very well and sold out home above asking price in one weekend! She was extremely helpful when it came to the negotiations and was always immediately available for questions. Even when we had an unexpected property issue come up after accepting an offer, Jody guided us through the process with the buyers and their agent wonderfully. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and her team!

I could write an epic poem about how much we love Jody Zink! Not only is she a wonderful person to work with, but she seriously cares about her clients. She doesn't just want them to choose a house—she wants them to choose *the* house. Jody is compassionate, energetic, and so much fun to tour houses with. I would highly recommend her services to anyone in the Toledo area who is considering buying or selling a home. My husband and I have been moving around the country for the last 10 years and buying a home was a really important step for us. After spending some time looking at houses with us, Jody got a sense of our style and recommended a listing that ended up being our dream home. Thank you so much, Jody!

Jody and Denay did a great job keeping us in the loop throughout this stressful process. Jody was basically on call 24/7 and never complained. I don’t know when she has time to sleep! We did have a little hiccup with our purchase but she was able to work hard and resolve the issue quickly.

Jody did an amazing job! As a first time home buyer there was a lot of new information. She did a great job walking me through each step and explaining everything along the way.

This is second time we have used Jody for the sale and purchase of our home. Each time Jody has been professional, efficient, and a superb advocate. Her team, especially Denay, were also top-notch. We would highly recommend Jody Zink without reservation.

Jody and her team are a breath of fresh air when it comes to navigating the complicated waters of real estate. She worked closely with us and gave solid advice to help us price our home for a quick sale. We had 3 offers in a few days and on the 6th day we accepted a near-asking-price offer. Jody is full of energy and she works hard for you. Highly recommend Jody and her team!

Jody has been a professional to work with. I would highly recommend her for anyone's next home purchase or sale. She was a wealth of information and advice and was able to help us negotiate a stronger position.

Jody and her team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire selling process. They made sure we always had all our questions answered in a timely manner (usually within a few hours). We actually moved out of our home before the sale was official, so when it came time to do a few small repairs after the inspection, we were at a loss. We were 3 hours away and didn't know any reliable/reputable contractors in the area. Jody and her team took care of the whole thing - called several companies for estimates, let them in to do the repair, etc. They really went above and beyond what we expected and we are incredibly grateful and thankful.
