I cannot say enough about Pam and the professionalism and service she provides. In a perfect world when you are buying or selling a house you’d like to have a close family member that is also a realtor so they can walk you through the process and make sure you have a good experience and are treated fairly. We were lucky enough to find Pam during our searching process and I can honestly say that I feel like I have a family member taking care of me now. She has handled our first of a few purchases we hope to make in the area brilliantly and I can’t imagine dealing with anybody else. Her professionalism and overall demeanor are unmatched and she truly cares about her clients and what is best for them.
Even though my wife and I have decided to pull out of the house hunting market due to its volatile state and over exaggerated offerings, I felt compelled to write this review and to let you know what a pleasure it was to work with Ms. Pamela Dostilio. Pamela was very professional, personable and informative. For instance, I informed Pamela about 9am that we were going to an open house that same day at 1pm. Within 1 hour she called us back to let us know that we could have a private viewing 30 minutes to the open houses and that she would meet us there. How awesome is that!!! If you’ve been to an open house ,you know what I mean. As we walked out of the private viewing their were at least 20 people waiting to go in. We did make an offer, which was 20000 over asking , we weren’t the highest bid. Pam Dostilio is quite an impressive realtor! My sister and I had to quickly sell our elderly parents' condo. Since we both live out of state, several hundred miles away and with very busy lives, this made things that much more difficult. Pam helped us with EVERYTHING, from a thorough market analysis, to finding repair people, junk removers, house cleaners, movers and a great local closing attorney. We found Pam to be incredibly personable, patient, enthusiastic about her job and extremely conscientious. Calls, texts and emails were responded to immediately. If she didn’t have the answer to a question, and we had many, she would quickly find an answer and reply promptly. Since we both live several hours away, Pam was always ready and available to find, coordinate and personally meet any inspectors and repairman at the condo. She did a beautiful job marketing the condo and quickly setting up a successful open house. To our delight, the condo sold within just a few days of its listing. Up through the closing date, she kept is in the loop with every important detail of the closing process. She communicated very well with our Attorney, the buyer’s Attorney and the Condo Association. We were highly impressed with Pam and we cannot recommend her enough.
