Rick displayed tremendous patience and professionalism with me. I put him through the ringer in terms of the miles I asked him to drive and the different criteria to sort through on my behalf. I worked with him for the better part of a year before we made offers. His demeanor never changed with the ups and downs of this particular market. He's not going to force anybody into a sell and I've never seen him display nothing but professionalism.
