Ricky was very helpful finding us our new home. We were living abroad and he took diligent and detailed videos of many homes for us over a few months. If we wanted to see the surrounding neighborhood, we would take video of the houses and businesses near by. We felt confident making an offer sight unseen thanks to him and we felt that he was on our side the whole time.
We were very picky when it came to buying a home. We looked at many different houses in came very close to closing on one but ended up having an issue with at the last moment. Mr.Gates not only knew the local market , but had a very engaging and straightforward manner in dealing with the complexities of selling my unique property He was diligent, consistently followed through on stated tasks, and made the process much less challenging then it might have otherwise been. Believe the reviews. Rick is a 5 star realtor who goes the extra mile to represent his clients. I purchased my first home in Watertown NY, sight unseen while living in NC. Rick was my go to person to tour homes, sending videos, FaceTiming me and endless consultation for the perfect home for us. Other realtors in the area working for the seller side were unresponsive, and too busy for their clientele which made me value working with Rick even more. If you need someone who honors your interests and desires in a home/ area, and will take his time to find you the best option- Rick is the guy. One conversation with him and you will understand why all his reviews are positive and glowing! If I ever have to sell my home, Rick will certainly be my listing agent as he has exceeded my expectations.
