He understood the value of my home more than I. The photos posted on line showed my home well and were taken promptly. The first day of viewing there were five appointments with two over asking offers. When I had questions, he answered with knowledge or sought the answers. His advice was accurate.

If we had a criticism, it was that we felt we did much of the work actually finding houses to see through Zillow and then Scott would set up the appointment. The automated recommendations sent through Scott’s website rarely matched what we were looking for. Overall, we would definitely recommend his services.
