We appreciated her thoughts on particular homes and her ability to bounce ideas with us. After around 6 viewings we decided on a particular home in late April. Lacy partnered with our lender in processing all documents for the sale. This was so very helpful. In our particular situation, there were technical problems on the seller's side that were totally beyond our control. This resulted in a serious delay in closing. In the the midst of this Lacy did everything in her power to move things along. She amazed us with her enthusiasm to make things happen. What an encouragement this was to us!
