It’s hard to put into words how much Francine has blessed our family but I will try! We first met Francine when my husband and I were out looking at pieces of land in Elberta. We just went through Zillow and were in touch with another realtor, but for whatever reason they couldn’t meet us at the property we wanted to view. No biggie, we just toured it ourselves. Then we went to a different property that we didn’t like as much, but Francine was the listing agent and she met us there bc she was in the area. We IMMEDIATELY loved Francine! I remember saying “hey we don’t like this property, but we really like you, can you help us find something?” 🤣 From then on out, Francine was our GO TO! We found a property that we loved and with Francine’s expertise, even though we were inexperienced in land buying, we were able to get all of the imperative land/soil testing done and close within a month. Being heavily pregnant at the time, we knew that there was a possibility that we could go into labor before close so Francine adjusted the closing date. To our surprise we had our little guy early and Francine adjusted our close date so that we could sign when we left the hospital and made the whole process super easy!!! She even had gifts for us and our new baby and hugs waiting for us in the closing room (and snacks, seriously the best ever). 🥹 That was transaction #1!

We knew what to expect with Francine, since she was our agent for the original purchase of our home five years ago and did a great job. When the difficult decision was made to sell our home, we contacted her again. She really delivered and exceeded expectations on the selling end. From candid honest opinions of home value, necessary repairs, and home presentation, to providing the people for many of those tasks. If your deal is going sideways and other agents are unresponsive or "dropping the ball", she will make those unpleasant calls to all parties necessary to get your deal back on track. When communication and following up is crucial, she is second to none. She did all this with encouragement, confidence and a smile. I do not think we could have made a better choice than Francine.

Francine did an outstanding job, her expertise was instrumental with the selling of our home. What started out as a cash offer ended up being a contingent offer from the buyers with a lot of complications and expense along the way. Francine didn’t let those complications get in the way of our closing and persevered and held them accountable for their lack of urgency and professionalism. We couldn’t have found a better agent, Francine went above and beyond in so many ways.

This was our second super successful attempt with Francine -even though time the process of selling was a bit harder and felt more demanding with inspector repairs . However - she took care of every single one of our demands saying “ we just want to make sure you’re happy” . pretty unbelievable service again on all levels including the promo on our house - which in my opinion -helped it to sell the property faster and pretty much on one of the first shows She did a video with professional music and lyrics specific to our house and where we lived - commercial grade service and we’ve never had a realtor do that before. If you’re moving to Baldwin / Mobile or selling -do yourself a real favor and let this realtor make it the easiest experience you’ll ever have in terms of buying or selling

Francine Carstensen is the best realtor I ever met. Extremely knowledgeable, proactive, creative and efficient. I have bought and sold several properties over the years and have not met another realtor who was so helpful, thoughtful and personable. Even though Francine is a very busy woman she made you feel like you were her only client. Her advice was excellent and everything she did for us was superior and over the top!
