Matthew was very professional both in appearance and his real estate knowledge. Selling a home can be very stressful. I had originally listed with someone else at a lower price but Matthew encouraged me to list at a higher price. I am so glad I listened because a bidding war happened and ultimately sold at a much higher price over asking price. He was very understanding and offered advice throughout the whole process. Matt and his team did a great job selling our family home of 40+ years! My parents had moved already and they struggle with all things Internet, so he was game to communicate with my brother and I, as well as my parents to get this deal done. Communication is where I have seen other agents break down, especially when there are issues.
