She treats you like her only client although she is very busy. My house got a contract in 6 days due to how Shawna marketed our home. I can’t say enough good about her!

Amazing experience start to finish. Shawna is an expert in the Apollo Beach market. I so enjoyed her approached compared to others I have worked with in the past. She always maintained an objective approach - adding her insight and knowledge, but allowing me to make the final decisions. She has a soft sell approach and is an excellent closer - going to bat for her clients especially in the negotiating of the contract phase.
