Rebecca is a well known agent who has made connections with other professionals in the community. However, I felt that during my hone search, I had to contact her continuously for updates and followup information. As my agent, I should not have had to seek out updates on the process of the purchase. In addition, 85% of the communication was via text. I know we live in a time where texting is convenient, but there are some of us who prefer phones calls to allow for questions if needed. I have purchased 5 houses prior to this purchase, so I am not new to working with an agent. Her excitement at beginning of the search influenced me to choose her as my agent, but shortly thereafter, things changed. Not a bad agent but not my best experience.
