Jane McCroary is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market. We were especially impressed with her knowledge of the community we sold in, Yacht and Tennis Club of St. Pete Beach. She has a professional staff of photographers (including aerial shots) and lead project managers. She was in continuous and immediate communication even during her vacation. She also had a stunning full color advertisement sent to former and perspective clients on just our condo. The online advertisement had approximately 30 photos. Even in a bit of a slower market, our condo had a signed, full price offer in 5 days. We highly recommend Jane to anyone looking to buy or sell.
