Shasta has been my go-to real estate agent for all my property transactions since I have lived in Brownsville. Besides her great and outgoing personality, she knows her job. There have been several times she has warned me of avoiding a counter-offer because of possible negative effects that a layman would not know. For this, I have to really thank her - but this goes to show her excellent knowledge and attention to real estate details as well as, and most importantly, taking great care of her client. She responds quickly and never wastes time - which is important in any sales transaction. I would not consider ever using another agent - and you should not either.
