Tim is your guy to sell your house for you. He already knew about our area before he met with us. He had ideas about how to sell our house before we even hired him. During the walk through he was gettimg us excited about his ideas and he was listening to us about what we wanted from the sell of our home. He was upfront and honest with us at all times. We moved out of state while our house was on the market and not once did we feel like he wasnt doing his job. We felt he was going above and beyond for us the whole time. He takes a personal interest and hands on approach to selling the house. Which seems rare these days. He really was 150% working to get us what we were asking for.

The experience could be stressful but tim saylor was there and available when we needed him . He kept us informed of any changes in the process. He is very friendly and very easy to talk to. Dont hesitate to ask him anything .big or small, he will answer you honestly. He is well aware of areas around the state that would meet your home buying needs.
