Lauren was fantastic! Due to relocating to El Paso (from VA) for the military, I only had one weekend to go to TX for house hunting. Lauren made herself very available, though, and made sure we were able to see every home we wanted to. She was also in contact with each of the other realtors to ask questions about the properties we were seeing and get us information. After we had an offer accepted, Lauren was so helpful throughout the closing process despite us being across country. I never felt like I had to keep reaching out to her for status updates because she kept me in constant communication. I highly recommend her to anyone! I worked with 7 different agents at first but, as soon as I started working with Lauren I had to let go of the others. I had an absolutely amazing experience, probably the best out 3 times in the past when I bought my first homes. She responds quickly even if she misses your phone call to answer questions, fights for what you want, excellent negotiator, very professional, very knowledgeable, she breaks down, and explained everything when making offers. Also, communicated back in a timely manner. I always feel comfortable that she had my best interest every step of the way! I will contact her for recommendations when I do look for my next home. Always on top when new homes came on the market, kept us apprised about any available also negotiates even if was weekends or late night time schedules for viewing. We are so lucky and feel blessed that we found her extremely honest, upfront, able to find us a lot choice even with the crazy market that we dealt with.
