Dan delivered for us on multiple levels in helping us lock down our new home — he was great about finding the kinds of properties we’d be interested, getting them all scheduled for viewing, and then moving quick and intentionally to get the offer in when we decided we wanted a home, deal with the selling broker effectively to find out what mattered most to the seller so we can negotiate as effectively as possible, and got us connected with a reputable inspector to get in the house the day after getting into a competitive bidding situation so we can get into contract ahead of the other buyer — while getting us a purchase price less than we were willing to pay to lock in the house . He and his team was responsive and helpful the entire way from contract to closing, and has been a great resource for us in terms of getting to know the area, and is connecting us with other people in his circle to help with home needs after move in day.
