We were frustrated and exhausted in our search process prior to meeting him. Though once we met Daniel we felt more confident and that he breathed a new level of motivation into us. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to point out items within the house to keep an eye out for, but also coached us on bidding and setting realistic expectations. He was incredibly responsive at any point of the day and would answer any question that we had. He was there at every step of the way and even after we closed he has still continually made himself available to answer questions and provide support to us. His knowledge is immense in realty, but shows unbelievable compassion and patience even with us being at times picky in our house hunting. Was a long process between the co-op board, management company and changing economy but Danny and his team did what had to be done to get us across the finish line.
