The listing description with a nice array of photos and video attracted lots of lookers and the right buyer within a few days of showing. Danny negotiated a Great deal! His team reacted quickly to draw up the contract and prepare the paperwork for a timely and smooth closing. We trusted Danny and he exceeded our expectations.

Tommy did a great job under Danny’s guidance. The house was not in a geographical area well known to them. They researched every aspect of the area market conditions, values of homes in the area, the schools, and every aspect of the area. They priced the house right. It was sold in three days and under contract in five. Several other houses in the area were not priced right and after two months have not sold. This team was a pleasure to work with.

Daniel helped me with a long distance transaction. He was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend for transactions in Rockland and Westchester.

Daniel did a terrific job helping me navigate a long distance transaction. Very responsive for any questions.

I’ll work with Dan for any home buying purchase in and around the NY / CT area. He knows the market, the areas, things to look out for and be aware of when vetting, bidding on, inspecting, and closing on a property. Advocates and negotiates on your behalf as a realtor should, lets you know when you might be over paying or when you may need to step up to compete. More importantly, he is always available and supportive for his clients… we’ve had 2 different interesting closing situations and he managed it like a pro. The latest involved a disaster of a seller who almost torpedoed the closing day but Dan and our lawyer (his recommendation and partner) stuck it out the entire day negotiating on our behalf, making sure our interests were properly represented, and making sure we got the house as we agreed on it or we got a concession to compensate for changes we’d have to make. I literally sat in the car with his for almost 4 hrs going back and forth with our and the sellers lawyer making sure we got what we should have. He’s reshuffled his schedule numerous times to make things work for us, responds immediately, has a great personality, knows when to cozy up to a seller / broker and knows when to be firm and direct when needed to accomplish our goals. Highly highly recommend. As I said. Dan’s the man.

Daniel did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our home. He has great communication skills and will have an answer in just about couple of hours whenever you need anything. I will definitely recommend Daniel to anyone that is purchasing/selling/ renting or any needs.

Danny did a great job listing, marketing, and selling my home. Highly recommend using Danny for all of your real estate needs!

This was not easy but Daniel made it happen! Daniel Berger was always available when needed and assisted us in buying this home! Thank you so much!

Great broker agent, very diligent in communcting and getting us to the closing table ! Highly recommended!!!

Daniel is a very devoted realtor. His Knowledge of the process and the temperature of the environment in which to sell these properties was spot on. I had enherited two properties two hours apart. Let’s just say they were not the castles I hoped. He took care of everything from the people to clean out the house to selling the cars to the lawyer to close. I am from two states away and he didn’t miss a beat. I would very much recommend. Grateful, Bruce

Amazing experience with Dan, the best in the business. Every step there was an answer, if he didn't have the answer? He always pointed my wife and I in the right direction. If we have to do all over again, we'll do it all over again with Dan! The Best!!! A++++

Daniel was everything. He helped my husband and I through this process I mean every single part of the way. He is available I do mean available he never leaves you stranded. He is the best in the business. Trust me you will be happy with Daniel. The best of the best.
