My dad passed away and my sister and I needed to sell my dads house. He knew Harry and had worked with him in the past so it was a no-brainer to reach out to him to help again. Harry is very knowledgeable about the Allen Park market, stayed up to date with current listings, walked us through things we could do to help sell the house and was very kind to work with! His office staff is amazing too! Don't hesitate to reach out to Harry. We sold the house the first weekend it was listed!

Harry was very knowledgeable, polite, professional and had a marketing plan to get my home sold in a timely, efficient manner!  He was very patient and guided me through the entire process from the initial asking price to negotiating the offer and getting to the closing - I would highly recommend Harry to anyone considering selling their home!

Mission accomplished! My sister and I both used Harry to sell our homes. He got them both listed, sold and closed within 45 days! We were very happy with the results + Harry and his staff were very easy to work with and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Hary and his staff also helped us find a condo to buy. If you're considering selling your home and/or buying a home - call Harry! His experience and expertise show in the results.

Harry has sold houses for me in the past, and I have had no contact with him for several years. He has not changed - very polite and respectful, has a selling/buying system he created that works amazingly. Harry has a lot of knowledge and shares it with you to be comfortable, and he answers your questions without judgement. I would NOT have anyone but Harry for a realtor!

I was entering the market a little late in the season. I didn’t have time to waste with the wrong realtor. I asked a close friend from Florida to do the research for me, as he has had a successful career in real estate himself. He recommended Harry Cassidy. Harry does his homework. He will come to you completely prepared and work with you to get a plan in place. Trust him, he knows what he’s doing. Work with him to keep the train moving. His team is knowledgeable and professional. Trust him and trust his record. He is there to sell your home and make the process as seamless as possible.

Harry was a professional and knowledgeable agent. It was a very good experience from start to finish. He communicated often and provided valuable guidance and suggestions. There were no surprises I have sold two homes with Harry and can’t imagine using another agent. I highly recommend Harry.

Harry explained everything well and made sure we understood

Harry was so knowledgeable and professional, his marketing techniques were spot on. Sold our house quick and took care of all the details. Couldn’t be more pleased. Would recommend him to anyone.

The service Harry provided in the sales or our home was impeccable. His knowledge of the market and pricing for the home were spot on and was well designed. The process was stress free for me as Harry and his team were following my home sale daily and kept me updated on a regular basis of status and always keeping me informed on next steps.

This is our second home we have sold with Harry Cassidy and his team. They are very professional, friendly and helpful. If we ever need to buy or sell a home in his area, you can bet we will be going through Harry Cassidy. We highly recommend this fantastic team for your future home needs.

This is my first house I that I am selling so I was very nervous! I interviewed a few agents but Harry was so prepared and knowledgeable about the area! It ended up being a great experience!

He sold my house for less than a month.
