Their advice was right on the money, literally, in every aspect...from house prep, to asking price, to picking the buyer with the best offer...we were in contract within the week and above asking price! Patty and her team are phenomenal and we had nothing short of a perfect experience selling our home with them. After 20 years, we decided to leave south Florida. We met with 6 different realtor companies before we decided on Green Realty. It was an awesome experience to say the least! Chris came to the house and took STELLAR photos, when we were a live listing a few days later, we had a line of people to view our home. It was great to view the footage from our security cameras as people were lined up outside to get their turn to do a walk through. I think their strategy doing this created a sort of “feeding frenzy” as people could see that others were interested in the home. Long story short , we had multiple offers by day 2 and ended up selling for $15,000 OVER our asking price.
