Grab the Brass Ring ! Are you on the RE Agent Merry-Go-Round? I was, for over a year, and all I got was dizzy. That is, until I grabbed the proverbial brass ring, known as Patty Da Silva. We live out of Florida and our son was living in our house in Pembroke Pines. When I called Patty that we Want to sell the house, Patty and her team quickly started the process. I recently retired from the Navy late last year and was relocating from Virginia to South Florida for my second career. My wife and I are veteran movers, having moved 12 times over the past 25 years, but out of the area purchases always come with unique challenges…add COVID and a hot market and you have a real stressful situation.
