Patty Sells Homes! The billboard, signs, and benches are fantastic marketing but they are just the tip of the iceberg of what you get when you contract with Patty and her team to list and sell your home. Her team treated my family and I like we were always their top priority despite my home being a lower value property compared to many of her listings. Patty and her team were a god send when my wife and I found ourselves in a difficult situation after our first set of buyers walked on the day of closing. We tried for months to motivate our first agent to get the house sold with no success. We then reached out to Patty and her team knocked it out of the park. We wish we had gone with her first, so don't make our mistake, save yourself time, and likely put more money in your pocket by choosing to use Patty as your listing realtor.
