We sold our home in Davie this past May and were very particular about who to trust with the process given how challenging the South Florida market is right now. There were so many homes for sale, so we knew we needed realtors with strong market knowledge, a great network, and the ability to create high-quality content to make our listing stand out. Patty and Chris delivered on all of that and more. My husband and I both work full-time, so we were bracing ourselves for a stressful experience, but they made it so easy. Their photos and marketing materials were excellent, their fee was fair, and our home sold quickly, which gave us huge peace of mind. If I had one small piece of feedback (because I think we all can improve), it would be to set clearer expectations up front that Patty has a team supporting her (not just her personally managing every open house and detail). In their defense, they were transitioning to a new agency at the time, so I think there was a lot going on behind the scenes. Once we discussed that, everything went seamlessly.
