Shelly and Brianna shepherded us through a tricky closing. My buyer was selling his home in North Carolina. Most unusual, North Carolina gives buyers 7 days AFTER closing to cancel the purchase. The closing date on my home was changed three different times because the bank in North Carolina required documentation and release of funds. We dd a "dry close" on the last scheduled closing and I received my funds the next day. If I had to do this on my own, I would have canceled the sale and moved back in. So, thank you ladies for keeping things on track and communicating what was happening so there were no "big" surprises.

My experience with Brianna Smull-Maier and Shelly Bloom was outstanding. In a very down market they guided and encouraged me in their efforts to sell my home. I had many questions during that period and it seemed that they answered my questions before I even knew to ask them. The reason I was selling was because my wife had passed on after a six year battle with cancer. I did not know what to do with her belongings, but they stepped up and helped me through it. They removed all her clothing, jewelry (after having it all evaluated), and some personal items because they knew how traumatic that would be for me. Most went to veteran's homes, homes for battered women, and other non-profits. It made me feel good. Their advice on pricing, and presenting my home in the best light (staging) showed a great depth of knowledge and proved to result in a successful sale. During that period I went to Florida for the winter. Brianna and Shelly watched over my house especially during storms. I never had to worry about my house.
