From the beginning, Ashely insisted on, and modeled, transparency between the builder, realtor, and the us – the future homeowner. She kept us informed of each step in the new-build process. She even went out of her way to take pictures as the home was being built since we lived more than 6 hours away. We had a lot of custom changes to the initial house plans – concrete fiber siding, foam insulation, an attached third car garage, a screened in back porch, full concrete driveway, a completely redesigned master bathroom, and the addition of a 30’x30’ workshop. She ensured every part of our build met or exceeded our expectations to truly be our dream forever home.
