Tammi and Dick are the best realtor team we could have ever asked for! They went above and beyond to help us get our dream home. They made theirselves available anytime we needed them. This included them accommodating our long phone calls multiple late nights due to our busy schedules. They assisted with finding an Inspector on a short notice when we were struggling to. They have so much knowledge when it comes to real estate and if they don’t know the answer, they work hard to find it. They were always supportive throughout the process and never pushy. Tammi and her husband Dick Ebenhoeh were referred to me through relatives to help purchase a home in a very specific part of Ann Arbor. Tammi was patient, a good listener, counselor, and advocate, knew the market and the players well, and very, very diligent--even when a contested set of offers arose while she was on a family vacation. She also had a stable of resources for the home purchase--inspectors, painters, plumbers, etc.--that was extremely helpful being new to the area. Long story short, I could not be happier with the home I wound up with thanks to Tammi and Dick. Also note, because Tammi works closely with her husband, you basically get two realtors in one. Dick is a little quieter, very smart, and knows the building trades well--he would often point out a structural or a plumbing issue, good or bad, as we explored different houses. Dick even offered, and followed through, with a couple of improvements and repairs we noticed in the walk through to help me get settled into the home we eventually bought--well after the papers were signed and I was moved in. Anyhow, I am very thankful my extended family introduced me to the Ebenhoeh's, and feel as if they've become a part of our family as well. I can't thank them enough.

Tammi was excellent to work with. At a time when the market and rates were changing rapidly, Tammi laid out her vision and executed it perfectly, giving us steady guidance through a potentially emotional and stressful time. It was also quite helpful that she was able to connect us with a few of her professional relationships to ease burden on us finding additional services throughout our selling process. It can be overwhelming and having even these small pockets of relief were immensely helpful. Those things aside, I think the best aspect was that she was there for us.
