From beginning to end, Michelle was professional and knowledgeable in providing guidance to sell our mom’s house. Michelle knew the market price. Home sold for within 2,000 of asking price. She knew the house and the acreage very well. She had four couples scheduled the first day it was on the market. Three of them submitted a proposal by 6 pm of that day at the asking price.
