We appreciated her availability and quick response to texts, calls, and emails. We were so impressed with Michelle that we listed the home we were selling with Michelle also. I met Michelle when I was in Iowa interviewing for a new position, and my employer arranged for her to give me a tour of the area and show me a few homes. After I accepted the position Michelle was able to quickly assist us in finding homes that were within our specifications, take us on a full day house hunting trip, and by the end of the day we had made an offer which was subsequently accepted. It all happened so quickly and Michelle was able to navigate us through the process! We closed and moved within 30 days and were settled into our new home before I began my job. As a first time home buyer, I was a little apprehensive and unsure of what exactly I was doing and what things I should be looking for. Michelle was always there to answer any questions (no matter how stupid they may have been!) and give me some advice on things that I should be aware of.
