We closed on a new build in Little River, SC yesterday. Our agent Christine Orlando was outstanding throughout the 6 months it took to build our home (we are from NY). We hired Christine to find our dream home in SC. We told her what we were looking for and literally in a day she found “the” house! During the building process Christine went to the house at least once a week and provided us with updates and pictures both through by phone as well as text messages.
