Patti Gilman is an exceptional realtor. Her knowledge regarding the market and what needs to be done to make sure the house sells as quickly as possible is remarkable. Patti does not waste any time and is willing to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to get the job done. She has excellent connections and assisted with getting the home ready for sale very quickly. She conveyed offers immediately and offered sound advice about the sufficiency of said offers and counter-offers. During the inspection portion of the sale the buyers wanted numerous concessions and supplied "estimates" to repair certain items. Patti immediately obtained our own estimates, which were much more reasonable, and we were able to come to an agreement with the purchaser. Patti and her staff took care of everything and they are very professional. I cannot recommend Patti Gilman enough! Patti is definitely my "go to" realtor for the future.

What͏ can I say about Patti Gilman? Well, I never have come across a real estate agent as knowledgeable as Patti. She made herself available at all times. She like the energizer bunny - she never quits until you are happy and close. We needed an electrician - she had one. We needed a new septic field put in - she had somebody to do the work. Anything we needed, she was there, except when she was out buying new toilets for another client! Now, that’s above and beyond. I don’t ever plan on buying another home in this lifetime, but would certainly call Patti first.
