"I cannot say enough good things about Patti. Working with her to sell our first home was one of the best decisions of my life. She had to coordinate SO many things: we had moved out of state and had a renter occupying the property who wanted to vacate before the lease was up. It was a sensitive situation but Patti handled it beautifully and made sure all was taken care of with the tenant. Then we had some issues come up in inspection which we thought we had resolved, but again Patti was right there with solutions, contacts, and estimates, and she managed the situation flawlessly.
